November 3, 2017 an assistant of the department of social pharmacy A. Pastukhova conducted an open practical lesson on the discipline “Management and marketing in pharmacy” for applicants of higher education 4th year 4.0 specialty “Pharmacy” on the topic: “Sales promotion and other marketing tools communications “.
In the first part of the lesson, the teacher conducted a blitz-survey of the topic of past studies with the purpose of repeating the material. Then the students were invited to view two foreign commercials of drugs for comparison of regulated norms on drug advertising in Ukraine and the United States.
Also ass. O. A. Pastukhova was used this method of conducting classes, as a business game. The teacher and several students performed the relevant roles, the visit of the medical representative to the pharmacy was modeled.
The second part of the open lesson was devoted to the students mastering the creation of an advertising product – presentations of medicines prepared in accordance with the curriculum.
In general, according to the findings of colleagues, the open class was in accordance with the methodology for conducting a practical lesson and was held at a proper scientific and pedagogical level.
